Displayed at the venue of the exhibition were photos documenting the immortal exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un for the development of friendly relations between the two countries.

Also displayed there were their works, and books, photos and handicrafts introducing the DPRK.

Present at the opening ceremony were figures from the Amur Regional Legislative Assembly of Russia, Amur Regional Branch of the United Russia Party, regional administration and Blagobeshensk City administration and masses, staff members of the DPRK mission in Khabarovsk and officials of the DPRK working in Amur Region.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before the photos of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Amur Regional Legislative Assembly said in his speech:

The people of Amur Region always remember the fact that Kim Jong Il visited Amur and left an indelible trace for the development of traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between Russia and the DPRK during the last moments of his life.

Those valuable photos and films will help the visitors to deeply feel the immortal exploits Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un performed for the development of the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.

The participants went round the exhibition and enjoyed the Korean film "History of Lasting Friendship".
