Juvenile Crimes Unabated in S. Korea
Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- Juvenile crimes are rampant in south Korea, sparking off a public uproar.

A 15 year old boy deliberately exploded a gas cylinder at a middle school in Seoul on Sept. 1, according to south Korean MBC.

He had reportedly been disclosed while attempting to set fire on the school with a flame gun in June.

He even posted on internet a video showing his evil doing.

When questioned about the motive, he said he wanted to earn the same ill-fame as the one of the chief criminal who made a shooting spree in the U.S. in 2007.
