S. Korea Not Allowed to Punish GI Criminals
Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) -- 1 766 U.S. imperialist aggression troops in south Korea had committed crimes from 2010 to June, this year, counting only those disclosed, south Korean Yonhap News said.

But south Korea has failed to exercise jurisdiction as the criminals were handed to the U.S. forces side under the SOFA.

South Korean lawyers, therefore, filed a suit with the Ministry of Justice against its unofficial disposal of information related to GI crimes.

But the Seoul High Court made such humiliating decision that there is no need to open to public all information.
