It depicts against the background of the blue sky of October the Monument to Party Founding and the flag of the WPK conveying for all ages the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il performed in the Juche-oriented party building and demonstrating the greatness and invincibility of the WPK which set a world-wide model in the accomplishment of the cause of independence.
