The fumigant is made of apatite, anthracite and other locally available materials, said its developer Pang Chol.

It is very effectual for preserving historical relics, conserving stuffed specimens and keeping cereals, garments and foodstuff, he said.

The fumigant was highly estimated at the 30th National Festival of Science and Technology.
