Rodong Sinmun Calls for Bringing U.S. to Human Rights Tribunal
Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The American magazine Foreign Policy disclosed shortly ago that an American soldier who mercilessly killed 16 innocent civilians including children and women in a village in Afghanistan in 2012, shocking the people, used alcohol and drug.

The soldier has been known as alcohol and drug addict since long ago. But the U.S. authorities dispatched him to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this brought to light the fact that the U.S. deliberately hurled alcohol and drug addicts into abusing human rights and killing people.

The commentary cites facts to prove that the U.S. has committed state-sponsored and organized human rights abuses against other countries and nations.

This is clearly proved by its man-killings and human rights abuses in various parts of the world under the pretext of "anti-terrorism," the commentary notes, and goes on:

GIs' killings of civilians are beyond human imagination.

Needless to say, the U.S. is the kingpin and chieftain of human rights abuses.

Whoever abused international law has to face legal punishment in the international arena.

The U.S. deserves punishment at the international human rights tribunal for its human rights abuses.
