The article said that the U.S.-south Korea Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises are further escalating the tension on the Korean Peninsula.

The joint military exercises are bringing the dark clouds of a nuclear war to hang over the Korean Peninsula.

This being a hard fact, the U.S. is describing such exercises as the "regular and open ones" and "transparent and normal ones".

It is creating an impression that the presence of the U.S. forces aimed at stifling the DPRK in south Korea is the normal state and they are not the main factor of increasing the danger of a war and making the situation instable.

The U.S. and south Korean authorities are getting hell-bent on tarnishing the image of the DPRK which is making every possible effort for peace and security on the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S. should conclude a peace pact with the DPRK and withdraw its troops from south Korea.
