Day of Songun Celebrated by Koreans in China

| Pyongyang, August 28 (KCNA) -- The General Association of Koreans in China held round-table talks on Aug. 25 on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of the Songun revolutionary leadership. Choe Un Bok, chairwoman of the association, made an address. She said that Kim Jong Il started his Songun revolutionary leadership by visiting the Seoul Ryu Kyong Su Guards 105th Tank Division of the Korean People's Army. This marked a historic occasion in heralding the new start of his Songun revolutionary leadership to accomplish with arms the revolutionary cause of Juche which was pioneered and has won with arms under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, she added. |
