The chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party of Kyrgyzstan said Kim Jong Il put his heart and soul into turning the Korean People's Army into the matchless army fully prepared politically and ideologically and in military technique.

The chairman of the Peruvian Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk said that Kim Jong Il turned the DPRK into a powerful country and a nuclear weapons state, which no formidable enemy dares provoke, by pursuing Songun politics.
