Anniversary of Founding of WPK to Be Celebrated in Russia

| Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea was inaugurated in Nakhodka, Russia on Aug. 22. Zelenov, first secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee of the Maritime Territory of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events for praising the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un. |
