Economic Progress Made in Frontline Areas of DPRK

| Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- People in the frontline areas of the DPRK are pushing ahead with the production and construction, while keeping themselves in full readiness for action. In Kangwon Province and Kaesong City a signal progress has been made in their regional economic development. On August 21 alone, the employees of the Kaesong Songdo Garment Factory topped their daily production assignment 150 percent, with the high spirit of retaliation to the provokers. Such economic successes were also reported from North Hwanghae and South Hwanghae provinces. |
