Jong Song Han, chairman of the Hokkaido Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, said the south Korean puppet group committed such reckless military provocation as resuming broadcasts for psychological warfare against the DPRK and firing dozens of shells to its inviolable territory.

Kim Sang Il, chairman of the Kyoto Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, termed the south Korean puppet forces' military provocation a plot faked up by themselves.

Ri Yong Hun, chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, said we will deal a sledge-hammer blow at the U.S. forces by giving fullest play to the pent-up resentment of the nation if they resort to the policy for domination, subjugation and hostility toward the DPRK in south Korea.

Kim Chun Gwon, chairman of the Hyogo Prefectural Headquarters of Chongryon, said that the prevailing situation was caused by the anti-DPRK provocation committed by the south Korean puppet warmongers under the patronage of the U.S.
