The situation on the Korean Peninsula is facing a crisis due to the south Korean authorities' resumption of broadcasts for psychological warfare against the DPRK, the statement said, and went on:

Such broadcasts are a declaration of war against the DPRK in view of their contents and form. So, this is arousing deep concern of overseas Koreans and conscientious people of the world aspiring after peace.

All the Koreans in the north, the south and abroad who marked the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation this year are wishing reconciliation, cooperation, peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula.
