S. Korean Supreme Court Admits Illegality of Spying Case Fabricated by "Yusin" Dictatorship

| Pyongyang, August 22 (KCNA) -- The Supreme Court of south Korea Friday acknowledged the illegality of the campus spying case which was cooked up by the "yusin" dictatorship and declared Kang Jong Hon who was sentenced to death at that time innocent. In 1976 the puppet army security command arrested Kang who was studying at Seoul National University without an arrest warrant and forced him to make false confession by inflicting unimaginable torture on him in prison for a long time. The Seoul High Court gave a verdict of not guilty to him. The verdict was confirmed by the Supreme Court this time. |
