The south Korean puppet forces' psychological warfare and shelling are a serious politically-motivated military provocation to ignite a war for aggression.

Their moves are an unpardonable challenge to the Koreans aspiring after the improved inter-Korean relations and the independent reunification and a serious threat to peace and security on the Korean peninsula.

It is an inviolable right of the DPRK and noble duty before the history and the nation to make a merciless counterattack upon the undisguised war moves for aggression by warmongers at home and abroad.

The army and people of the DPRK who value the sovereignty and dignity of the country as their life and soul can not allow in the least the south Korean puppet warmongers' desperate efforts to destroy the ideology and social system of the DPRK.

If the south Korean puppet forces go desperate in their provocative act of psychological warfare and reckless military drills, not understanding the steadfast will of the service personnel and people of the DPRK, they will be held wholly accountable for ensuing consequences.

If the enemies dare run amuck despite the DPRK's warning, it would wipe out the base of the enemy's provocation, a stronghold of aggression.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers should clearly understand that the ultimatum of the DPRK is not an empty talk.
