Rodong Sinmun Saturday says this in an editorial.

It goes on:

An emergency enlarged meeting of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea and an urgent report issued by the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army put on alert all the service personnel and people of the DPRK. The powerful revolutionary Paektusan army has made every preparation for a decisive war tightly holding sharp bayonets.

A roar of destroying enemies is being heard in every street, working places and universities and youths, students and discharged soldiers are ardently petitioning to be allowed to join and rejoin the KPA.

Today the army and people of the DPRK are full of great pride of holding supreme leader Kim Jong Un, peerlessly great man of Mt. Paektu, in high esteem at the helm of the party, state and army with confidence in victory. It is the firm will of the service personnel and people to resolutely smash any reckless provocation by the enemies and throw the aggressors into final ruin.

The army and people of the DPRK will not show the slightest mercy to the enemies who hurt and find fault with the results of the leadership exploits of the great leaders even a bit. Firm is the will of all the service personnel and people to turn the enemies' strongholds into the sea of flames, regarding today's sacred war of retaliation as the one for devotedly defending the leader.

Rifles held high by the people together with hammers and writing brushes are fully charged with the will for settling accounts with the U.S. If the enemies bring dark clouds of a war to hang over this land despite the DPRK's final warning, its army and people will destroy the sworn enemies through an all-people do-or-die battle and bring to an end the stand-off with the U.S.

All the party members, service personnel and other people should turn out as one in a sacred war of retaliation for destroying the enemies in the revolutionary spirit of Paektu and the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu and thus add shine to the heroic Korea's tradition of victory.
