The statement said that the south Korean puppet warlike forces are pushing the situation to the brink of war, recklessly committing political and military provocations in the eyes of the DPRK.

Not content with resuming the broadcasts for psychological warfare against the DPRK at all sectors of the front under the pretext of suspicious "mine explosion" case, the south Korean puppet warmongers, seized with insanity for war provocation fired dozens of shells at the territory of the DPRK for no clear reason, the statement noted, adding:

The gravity of the situation is that the warmongers unhesitatingly committed military provocations while staging madcap Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military drills.

The warmongers should behave with discretion, well aware of the towering retaliatory spirit of the service personnel of the frontline large combined units of the Korean People's Army.
