The Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association said in the statement that President Kim Il Sung is the savior of the Korean nation who achieved the historical cause of the liberation of the country by leading the anti-Japanese armed struggle to victory.

But for the leadership of the President, the Korean people would not have led a genuine life as the master of their land, factory and country, to say nothing of the liberation of the country, the statement said.

It also stressed that the President will always live in the hearts of the Koreans and the world progressives as he performed undying feats for Korea's liberation, the Korean people's cause of independence and the cause of global independence.

The international secretary of the youth organization of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola noted that the President achieved a shining victory in the anti-Japanese war through the nationwide patriotic struggle on August 15, 1945, 70 years ago. He went on:

Under the wise leadership of the President and leader Kim Jong Il the socialist system centered on the popular masses and an invincible socialist state unfazed by any storm was established in the DPRK.

We reiterate the firm belief that the Korean people who are firmly united behind Marshal Kim Jong Un will certainly win in the struggle to achieve the prosperity and reunification of the country.
