To cope with this war crisis, all men and officers of the frontline large combined units of the Korean People's Army have gone into a wartime state under the KPA Front Command's offensive operation plan ratified at the recent emergency enlarged meeting of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea.

They are filled with the unshakable will to defend the country and punish the provokers.

Kim Chung Ryol, a KPA officer, told KCNA:

The Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises, kicked off by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces to ignite a new war against the DPRK, enrage us servicepersons.

Our arms do not show mercy to any provokers who infringe upon the sovereignty and security of socialist Korea and its people and disturb peace.

Our revolutionary armed forces will surely bring the provokers to their final doom if they continue to go reckless.

Jong Hak Chol, a KPA soldier, said:

It is quite natural to return a retaliatory war of justice for reckless military provocation.

We, servicepersons, are burning our hearts with the strong will to wipe out the war provocateurs and achieve the country's reunification without fail.

If the enemies do not stop the anti-DPRK propaganda broadcasting within 48 hours, all their psywar means will be reduced into ashes by our modern striking means.
