Another Document on Sexual Slavery of Japan Disclosed
Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- Another document proving sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, hideous crime against humanity, was disclosed.

A document of the then puppet state of Manchuria in the 1940s disclosed the fact that the Imperial Japanese Army drafted about 2 000 Korean women as sexual slaves at a time, according to the south Korean Yonhap News on August 17.

The Japanese imperialists installed "comfort stations for soldiers" in the Mudanjiang and other parts of China in October 1941 to force a lot of Korean women to provide sex.

The Japanese imperialists deceived Korean women, saying that they would work in "cook-shops for the Japanese army" to make them sexual slaves.

The above-said document referred in detail to the installing process and dates of the "comfort stations" disguised as "cook-shops" and time of sexual service and objects. It fully shows craftiness, shamelessness and moral vulgarity of Japan which desperately tried to cover up the sexual slavery in the past.

Nevertheless, the Japanese authorities denied Japan's crime of sexual slavery, letting loose reckless remarks insulting the victims as "prostitutes" and "cooperators for the Japanese army".

Japan can never erase or rewrite the history no matter how desperately it may try to cover up the crime of aggression committed against the Korean nation and paint itself as a "contributor to peace".

Japan should opt for settling the past crimes, not covering up the crimes including the hideous crimes against the Korean people.
