Red Tide Hits S. Korea
Pyongyang, August 20 (KCNA) -- Red tide hit the waters off Koje Island, South Kyongsang Province of south Korea, according to south Korean KBS Monday.

The steady rise of temperature caused breeding of bacteria leading to red tide that reportedly killed 170 000 fishes in a fish culture ground in the waters. The red tide is rapidly spreading in the waters off the southern coast of Korea, raising concerns for greater damage.
