Foreign Guests Give Helping Hands to Korean Farmers

| Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- Peter Wilson, secretary of the New Zealand-DPRK Society, and his party and members of a delegation of the Australia-DPRK Association for Friendship and Culture led by Peter Woods, did a friendship labor at the DPRK-New Zealand Friendship Sambong Co-op Farm in Phyongwon County, South Phyongan Province Wednesday. They participated in the international solidarity event for celebrating the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation. They went round the room dedicated to the history of the farm after being briefed on the monument to field guidance of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il. They helped farmers weeded vegetable field. During a break they conversed with farmers and enjoyed dances of kindergarteners They wished the farm greater success in the future, too. |
