Stamp Issued to Mark Year of DPRK-Russia Friendship

| Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- A stamp was issued in the DPRK to commemorate the year of DPRK-Russia friendship. The stamp features the national emblems and flags of the two countries. Printed on its upper part are letters "Year of Friendship between the DPRK and Russian Federation" written in Korean and English. The DPRK and the Russian Federation agreed to set as a year of bilateral friendship 2015 marking the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation and the 70th anniversary of Russia's victory in the great Patriotic War. |
