DPRK's Important Days to Be Celebrated in Hungary

| Pyongyang, August 14 (KCNA) -- A Hungarian preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of Korea's liberation and the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) was formed in Budapest on August 10. Gyula Thurmer, chairman of the Hungarian Workers' Party, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to adopt a congratulatory message to supreme leader Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation. It set the celebration period from August 10 to October 10 and decided to widely introduce the exploits performed by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il through media and to organize colorful political and cultural events across the country. |
