Now is the time to coolly reflect on the past and deal with the issue of the relations with the U.S. from an independent point of view.

They called for staging dynamic actions to force the Park Geun Hye regime to make a switch in its "north policy", repeal the "May 24 step" and preserve and implement the June 15 joint declaration.

They called for mending the north-south relations through termination of Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military drills and military cooperation with Japan, U.S. chief executive's apology for the introduction of anthrax germs, rolling back of the confrontation policy toward the DPRK, successful August 15 joint national event and the implementation of the June 15 joint declaration.
