Ristiyanto, general secretary of the National Guidance Council of the Pioneer Party of Indonesia, said that thanks to President Kim Il Sung's liberation of the country its people could lead an independent and dignified life as masters of their own destiny.

Over the past seven decades they have steadily advanced while firmly defending the idea and system chosen by themselves and the DPRK turned into a powerful socialist country possessed of nuclear deterrence.

MD. Harun-Ar-Rashid, chairman of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee, noted that the President led the anti-Japanese armed struggle to victory to achieve the historic cause of national liberation and turned the DPRK into an independent and sovereign state after liberation.
