DPRK's Important Days to Be Marked in Iceland

| Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of the Workers' Party of Korea and Korea's liberation was formed in Iceland on Aug. 6. Jon Arni Halldorsson, general secretary of the Iceland-DPRK Friendship and Cultural Society, was elected chairman of the committee. The committee decided to adopt a congratulatory letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un and conduct colorful political and cultural events including meeting and photo exhibition on these anniversaries. |
