Earlier, the riff-raffs of the puppet Foreign Ministry of south Korea invited a special envoy of the U.S. Department of State for the six-party talks to Seoul and deliberately took issue with the north while talking about "possible provocation by the north in the latter half of the year".

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Monday says the noisy racket for confrontation with the north kicked off by the puppet forces under the absurd pretext of the north's "provocation" is a brazen-faced act that can convince no one.

The puppet Defense Ministry recently announced that it would stage Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises with the U.S. from August 17.

The puppet forces are working hard to justify their saber-rattling as "annual" and "defensive drills".

But with no rhetoric can they hide the provocative nature of their war rehearsals.

No matter how hard the puppet forces may try to do harm to the DPRK, they can never cover up the belligerent nature nor can they get rid of the criminal responsibility for escalating tensions and the danger of a nuclear war on the Korean peninsula.
