The paper carried photos dealing with President Kim Il Sung's historical visit to the Soviet Union, photos of leader Kim Jong Il having talks with President Putin and former President Medvedev and photos of Marshal Kim Jong Un meeting the head of the Orchestra of the 21st Century of Russia and his party during their visit to the DPRK.

The paper also carried an article praising Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un for working heart and soul for the development of the friendly relations between the DPRK and the Soviet Union and between the DPRK and Russia.
