Red Flag Relay of KPA Servicepersons Goes on
Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- The red flag relay of servicepersons of the Korean People's Army that kicked off to mark the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation is going on.

They visited the Monument to the Victorious Battle in Musan Area on Aug. 3, where they renewed their immutable will to firmly ensure the victory of the Korean revolution with arms, and arrived at Chongjin, North Hamgyong Province by running faster.

They laid a floral basket and bouquets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in the city and paid tribute to them.

They looked round the rooms devoted to the education in revolutionary history and others of a KPA unit visited by the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu.

On Wednesday they went round the cemetery of the KPA navy men who died heroic death while performing their combat duties.

They placed bunches of flowers before the cemetery and paid tribute to them.

Then, there took place a meeting to learn about the greatness of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
