DPRK's Important Days to Be Marked in Egypt

| Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- An Egyptian national preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th anniversaries of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea and the liberation of Korea was formed on August 1. Yehia Zakaria Khairullah, vice-chairman of the Socialist Freedom Party of Egypt who doubles as chairman of the Egypt-Korea Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee set the celebration period from August 1 to October 10 and decided to hold political and cultural events including a seminar, meeting, photo exhibition and film show. |
