Park Geun Hye Regime Termed Chief Culprit of Illegal Hacking Case
Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- An editorial disclosing the chief culprit of the illegal hacking case was posted on the south Korean online paper Minjok Ilbo on Aug. 2.

The editorial said it was proved that the Intelligence Service's purchase of a hacking program coincided with 2012 elections and the program was used for surveillance over people.

The IS hyped its staff member's suicide in a bid to hush up the hacking case but it resulted in increasing suspicions, the editorial noted.

Park Geun Hye's force seized power by architecting power-involved elections on Dec. 19, 2012, the editorial said, and went on:

It demanded the Park regime step down at once as it greatly benefited from the IS's hacking case and commanded and ordered illegal hacking.
