DPRK's V-Day Observed in Foreign Countries
Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- Seminars were held by the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy and film shows at the Foreign Relations Department of the National Defense Ministry of Vietnam and the Committee of Angola for Friendship and Solidarity with Peoples from July 21 to 24 on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the victory of the Korean people in the great Fatherland Liberation War.

Korean films such as "Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum" were shown at the film shows.

The chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said that the Korean army and people worked a historical miracle of defeating the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces in a three-year war thanks to the outstanding strategies and tactics, original military war methods and sophisticated commanding arts of President Kim Il Sung.

Members of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy said that the U.S. imperialists talked big about their "victory" when provoking the Korean war by mobilizing huge aggression troops and war equipment in the 1950s but they faced big losses and suffered a shameful defeat. Yet, they have consistently pursued the ambition for world domination, turning the Korean peninsula into a hotspot, the members added.

A man in charge of political affairs of the Foreign Relations Department of the National Defense Ministry of Vietnam said that his party and government always remember the President's material aid and moral support for his country in its harshest days.

A congratulatory message to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at a seminar held in Nigeria.
