Javid Ahmad, chairman of the Kuwaiti Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, said that July 27 becomes another liberation day as the army and people of the DPRK won a shining victory in the Fatherland Liberation War by defeating the U.S. imperialist aggressors who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world. He went on:

The shining victory in the war was the victory of the Juche-oriented military idea and outstanding strategies and tactics of President Kim Il Sung and the one of the unshakable mental spirit of the Korean people who fully displayed popular heroism under his guidance.

The President performed immortal exploits in winning victory in the war by defeating the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces and honorably protecting the sovereignty and dignity of the country.

Saber Ballul, head of a department of the Political Faculty of the University of Damascus of Syria, said that the President was the outstanding military genius, peerlessly great man and the prominent leader who humbled the arrogance of the U.S. imperialists.
