The drinks are mainly made of shizandra, wild pear, fructus actinidiqe and other fruits, which grow in the area of Jogol Pass bounded by Usi County, Jagang Province and Pyokdong County, North Phyongan Province.

The drinks have good effects on increasing lung capacity and relieving fatigue.

An official concerned of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports told KCNA that their quality is as good as that of foreign-made sports drinks.
