U.S. Biochemical Warfare against Koreans
Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The U.S. introduction of anthrax germs is causing a big stir in south Korea. This case makes the Korean people remind of the biochemical warfare committed by U.S. during the Korean war (June 25, 1950- July 27, 1953).

In the wartime, the U.S. imperialist invaders had massacred innocent civilians by using germs and chemical weapons.

In the period from February 1951 to July 1953, the U.S. targeted 24 cities and counties in the northern half of Korea as well as the front area for its chemical warfare and used chemical weapons on a large scale.

The U.S. imperialists reduced POWs into guinea-pigs for experiments of poisonous substances to death.

It can be well evidenced by the fact that in 1952, the U.S. experimented chemical weapons on POWs in different camps, including Koje Island to slaughter and deform them.

The atrocity committed by the U.S. imperialists through biochemical warfare during the Korean war had been brought to light by those articles, reports, information bulletins, appeals and letters of protest the fact-finding groups of the Women's International Democratic Federation (WIDF), the International Association of Democratic Lawyers (IADL) and progressive scientists of the world released after touring damaged areas in 1951 and 1952.

At that time, a member of the WIDF fact-finding group criticized that the hideous crime committed by the U.S. imperialists in Korea would make even the Nazis blush with shame.

After the ceasefire in Korea, the U.S. has remained persistent in its moves to stifle the DPRK. But the U.S. ambition to stifle the DPRK and thus occupy the whole Korea is no more than a daydream.

The army and people of the DPRK will never forget the crime-woven history of the U.S. brutes but force them to pay dear price for their crimes at any cost.
