Personages of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism looked back on the revolutionary career of the President, praising him as a distinguished philosopher and elder statesman as he left indelible traces in the world history of politics.

A reporter and speakers including a vice-chairman of the Dagestan Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy of Russia referred to the fact that the President made great contributions to the cause of socialism and the cause of human independence and the validity and invincible might of the Juche idea and Songun idea founded by him.

They stressed that the most important exploit performed by the President was that he built the socialist system centred on the popular masses.
