Amalia Alexandr, international secretary of the women's organization of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola, said:

The President founded the Juche idea and led the Korean people's struggle to apply it, thus making distinguished contributions to carrying out the cause of human independence and the socialist cause.

Regarding it as his motto to believe in the people as in Heaven all his life, the President not only dedicated himself to the people in the whole course of leading the Korean revolution but also rendered material and moral assistance to many countries including African countries in their struggle for national liberation and building of new society

Saber Ballul, head of a department of the Political Faculty of the University of Damascus of Syria, said:

The President is the sun of Juche who left revolutionary legacies and performed exploits to be always remembered by the Korean people, world revolutionaries and progressives forever.

The President was an invincible and iron-willed commander who, upon embarking on the road of revolution in his teens, defeated the Japanese imperialists and won back the sovereignty and dignity of the Korean nation and brought about a fundamental turn in carving out the destiny of the Korean people and progressives.

He will always be remembered by the Korean people and world progressives.
