Minju Joson Sunday observes in a commentary in this regard:

As widely known at home and abroad the institute is developing efficacious bio-agricultural chemicals urgently needed for agricultural production, animal husbandry, pomiculture, horticulture and afforestation in the 21st century.

Its products are highly estimated for doing no harm to human body, soil and ecological environment, the commentary says, and goes on:

If production processes for agrochemicals are just the same as those for anthrax germs as claimed by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces, so many institutes for bio-agricultural chemicals in many countries must be facilities for anthrax germs. Is this claim reasonable?

They are under-wits suffering from mental derangement as they are abusing the progress of the times and products of scientific and technological development for attaining their sinister purposes.

Lurking behind that absurd assertion is the U.S. black-hearted scenario to divert elsewhere the public opinion at home and abroad critical of it for its recent introduction of live anthrax germs in its military bases in south Korea and their experiments to apply them into an actual war.

What should not be overlooked is the behavior of the puppet group dancing to the tune of the U.S.

It is the tragedy for the Korean nation that such traitors are now allowed to remain members of the same nation. It is no more than a day dream for the U.S. and the puppet forces to try to tarnish the image of the dignified DPRK with such rhetoric and invectives.
