The work, published on April 6, Juche 82 (1993), comprehensively indicates the ways of achieving the great national unity such as the issue of founding a reunified state through the great national unity and achieving unity on the basis of patriotism and the spirit of national independence, the issue of promoting co-existence, co-prosperity and common interests and stopping all partisan disputes fanning up split and confrontation between compatriots, the issue for the north and the south to trust and unite with each other and the issue of not rejecting people because of differing isms but joining hands on the road of national reunification.

A book releasing ceremony took place at the publishing house on July 1.
