The submarine's entry into Pusan Port timed to coincide with the establishment of the UN "office on human rights in the north" in Seoul is a reckless act of further freezing the icy south-north relations, speakers said.

On the same day eight religious organizations including the Pastors' Council for Realizing Justice and Peace and the Christian Pastors' Group for Peaceful Action held a "prayer meeting denouncing the U.S. secret introduction of anthrax germs and forced deployment of THAAD" around the U.S. embassy in Seoul.

The participants held a demonstration march to the U.S. embassy, holding placards reading "U.S. forces, group of evils who introduced anthrax germs, leave".
