Present at the ceremony were figures of the Nakhodka City Administration, the library and the Partizansk City National Library, citizens and staff members of the DPRK consulate general in Nakhodka.

Works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un and Korean books were conveyed to a figure of the relevant field.

A vice-director of the Cultural Department of the Nakhodka City Administration said:

I am very pleased to receive Korean books on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

I extend gratitude to the DPRK for sending the works of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un and other valuable books introducing history and culture of Korea and its reality.

Cultural events including Korean book, photo and handicraft exhibitions held in the past helped citizens have the friendly feeling toward the Korean people.
