The historic victory in the war was a shining one of the Juche-oriented military idea, outstanding strategy and tactics and war method of President Kim Il Sung, an ever-victorious iron-willed commander, and the fruition of the indomitable mental power displayed by the army and the people of the DPRK in their heroic fight, rallied close around the party and the leader.

Through the war, the army and the people of the DPRK powerfully demonstrated before the world that the people guided by the great leader could defeat any formidable enemy and nothing could bring to its knees the people who displayed the indomitable mental power out of their trust and love for everything of their own.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet authorities have become ever more undisguised in their criminal moves to ignite another war on the Korean peninsula and stifle the DPRK.

The situation remains acute and tense and hurdles lie in the way of independent reunification but the country's reunification, the cherished desire of the nation, is sure to be achieved.
