Going round the construction site, the premier called for raising the quality of buildings as befitting structures of the model stock-breeding base in the 21st century and underscored the need for relevant units to supply sufficient quantities of cement, structural steel and other building materials to the construction site.

He also went round the project for remodeling the Central Zoo.
