The south Korean puppet regime is wholly to blame for the abortive events, the statement charged, adding:

It is the only way out for the Korean nation to achieve national unity and reunification in the spirit of By Our Nation Itself.

But the Park Geun Hye regime is no more than a puppet of the U.S.

So, how can she approach a dialogue with the north in the spirit of independence? Her behavior is one of a die-hard sycophant kowtowing to big powers.

Noting reunification is impossible as long as Park is allowed to stay in office, the statement said nothing can be expected from her, an inveterate pro-U.S. element.

The statement called on all Koreans to get united, punish the Park regime and bring about the second June 15 era of reunification.
