He said that President Kim Il Sung provided the three charters for national reunification to put an end to the tragedy of division and indicated the most just way for achieving independent reunification.

Leader Kim Jong Il saw to it that the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration and its action programme October 4 declaration representing the above-said three charters were made public, ushering in the new era in the national history, the June 15 era of independent reunification, he noted, adding:

He called on all Chongryon officials to stage a more dynamic struggle to thoroughly carry out the last instructions of the great Generalissimos for national reunification under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un and thus fulfill their mission and duty in achieving the national reunification, the supreme desire of Koreans.
