Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- A Taekwon-Do delegation headed by Leong Wai Meng，vice-president of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, arrived here Saturday to take part in a memorial service marking the 13th anniversary of death of Choe Hong Hui, former president of the federation.
