Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, general secretary of the Central Committee of the party, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee discussed the issues of widely introducing the revolutionary career and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and the greatness of Marshal Kim Jong Un and organizing diverse political and cultural events such as meeting, lecture and seminar till October 10 and adopted a relevant decision.
