The work, published on June 19, Juche 84 (1995), says that in order to successfully accomplish the socialist cause it is important to hold fast to the ideological work and give priority to it in all matters.

It also clarifies the ideas that the basic task of the ideological work is to dye the whole society with the socialist idea and that the ideological work should be conducted according to the principles and methods suited to the intrinsic requirements of socialism.
