It was reported that heavyweights of Lockheed Martin and scholars and a delegation of missile experts of the U.S. Department of Defense visited south Korea in top secrecy one on the heels of the other before Kerry's junket to it and discussed the issue of deploying THAAD with the puppet group and confirmed on the spot the place for its deployment. The U.S. Forces Command in south Korea was reported to have stealthily conducted the survey of the site for the deployment of THAAD in disregard for the puppet forces.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes in a commentary in this regard:

This goes to clearly prove that the U.S. scenario to deploy THAAD in south Korea has entered into the phase of its implementation, after going beyond the stage of discussion.

The above-said U.S. plan was prompted by its strategic purpose to knock into shape the U.S.-Japan-south Korea triangular military alliance, NATO of Asian version, at any cost and build a worldwide missile shield.

It is the scenario of Washington to cope with the nuclear strike capabilities of big powers in the vicinity of the Korean peninsula with THAAD in a bid to maximize the preemptive nuclear strike capability of the U.S. and seize military hegemony in Northeast Asia and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region.

The DPRK can never remain a passive onlooker to the above-said scenario now that the U.S. is building the structure of confrontation with big powers around the peninsula by using Japan and south Korea as shock brigades.
